Initiation on Mount Athos

This topic is meant to discuss the initiatic practices (or the lack of thereof) within the traditions of Orthodox Christianity, more specifically, those that supposedly existed in the monasteries of Mount Athos in Greece in the past century.

We know that Vasile Lovinescu, the Romanian traditionalist writer visited Mount Athos in 1935, seeking initiation, and although his efforts did not come to fruition due to not being a citizen of Greece and thus not being ...

Right-Wing Anarchism

Right-Wing Anarchism
Karlheinz Weißman

The concept of right-wing anarchism seems paradoxical, indeed oxymoronic, starting from the assumption that all “right-wing” political viewpoints include a particularly high evaluation of the principle of order. . . . In fact right-wing anarchism occurs only in exceptional circumstances, when the hitherto veiled affinity between anarchism and conservatism may become apparent.

Ernst Jünger has characterised this peculiar connection in his book Der Weltstaat (1960): “The anarchist in his purest form ...

Organisational guidelines

Excerpted from 'A handbook of traditional living' (Arktos 2010), p. 62-66.

Organisational guidelines

'Operative Unit' is the term we use to descibe a body of men who operate within society by taking part in a unitary and organic political project. CasaPound Italia http://www.casapounditalia.org

Officially, CasaPound was born on december 26th, 2003 with the occupation
of a building Via Napoleone III in Rome. This occupation was performed by a
group of visionary heretics linked together by the same vision of the
world. In 2008, on ...

Journals and magazines

Here we attempt to list journals and magazines, currently active, focused on metaphysical and/or political themes.

Sezession - http://www.sezession.de

Programm

Lupercalia

Lupercalia was a very ancient, possibly pre-Roman pastoral festival, observed on February 13 through 15 to avert evil spirits and purify the city, releasing health and fertility. Lupercalia subsumed Februa, an earlier-origin spring cleansing ritual held on the same date, which gives the month of February its name.

The name Lupercalia was believed in antiquity to evince some connection with the Ancient Greek festival of the Arcadian Lykaia (from Ancient Greek: λύκος — lukos, "wolf", ...
